Liquid Library - Bristol based. Tapes/downloads and zines. "Music for whatever the opposite of the masses is."
TQ N-aut - Offshoot (is that fair?) of the TQ Zine and blog, promoting the sounds you don't hear but should.
Recordiau Prin - Experimental/Avant Garde collective from Wales.

Industrial Coast - cassette label based in North Yorkshire, featuring noise, drone, industrial and dark ambient music.
Cadmus Tape - Experimental tapes and downloads from London.
Dead Hound Records - Fae Edinburgh. Exposing the sonic underbelly of Scotland and beyond.
Outlet Archival - everything good about music.
Wormhole World - Lancashire based label, offering "The sounds we live by and life in general."
Uba Tuba Tapes - Not just a label, regular live stream performances via Twitch and YouTube from L.A.
Drunken Sailor Records - Legendary UK punk label ran by the Juiceman. I've been to his house. What more recommendation do you need?
Youth - Manchester based, and that's about all I know. And they release good music.
Bonemagic - Noisy as fuck.
Not Unloved - Glasgow label ran by David Brogan, an absolute legend of the Glasgow independent scene. Also writes a blog - see Sites Of Interest for the link.

Night School Records - It's fucking Night School. 'Nuff said, surely?
La Vida Es Un Mus - Hardcore punk. Everything punk in fact.
Deathbed Tapes - Harsh Noise, Industrial and Power Electronics. Do nice tees as well.
TOPH aka The Old Police House - Is it a label? Well, yeah, because they release music. But it's a whole lot more than that. To summarise, they're good people. Mint in fact.
Opal Tapes - Newcastle based Horn Of Plenty. Not just tapes.
New Reality Records - Loughborough based label ran by the artists and the fans. "The label is yours" they say. What are you waiting for?
iDeal Recordings - Gothenburg, recommended by Steve Kirby. Releases seem to be split between Bandcamp and Tumblr sites, I've linked to the BC page.
Solium - "suspiciciously funded" (their words, not mine) label from France.
Community Records - New Orleans label and generally good people.
